I shop Amazon all the time and love it. Typically only buy if it says Sold by or Fulfilled by Amazon. Unless I have a pretty good idea its a reputable 3rd party. Only had a couple issues with items but Amazon always took care of it quickly.

Amazon is AWESOME! I've had a prime account for 3 years and have never had an issue.

As a matter of fact I bought a $200+ golf cart cover that I didn't like. I tried to return but said it was non returnable due to being hazardous material. I sent them an email inquiring why it was considered hazardous and they fully refunded my card and told me not to worry about returning the cover.

Amazon is amazing. Your problem is with the ghetto 3rd party seller that you decided to purchase from. Guaran-dang-tee amaZon will make it right if Trayvon's uncle doesn't.

Amazon will also drop that seller if this happens too many times.

I have about a 90%+ success rating with Amazon.
Customer service has always been top notch.
Only one issue and that was a third party type deal also.
Didn't package an item well and it broke. Amazon made it right.

Wasn't there a major story a year ago about a lady that purchased a blue ray player that when she turned it on it had a hard core **** video in it? Her young kids were in the room with her at the time. I'm pretty sure that was an Amazon purchase

I buy a lot from Amazon and they have always bent over backwards to make me happy. Bought 3 3 packs of Wolverine boot socks and only 2 packs showed up. I called and asked what I needed to do. Amazon said "nothing". Had another pair overnighted and at my door the next day...

I can't imagine not using Amazon now. With Prime it's literally not worth driving to stores to get things.
