Since it was fullfilled by photo4us, they are the ones trying to sneak an used product on you. I try not to order too much that is fulfilled by 3rd parties; that is where the majority of problems come from.

I will never use amazon again. I ordered a set of G5 optics sights that were supposed to be camo but came in black. Never could get a response from anyone on it and I just ordered a deer scale 3 weeks ago. Tracking # says it was delivered but I never got anything. Been emailing back and forth ever since but again nothing has been fixed.

If it was sold as a new device, I'll assume it came with a factory warranty. Why return it? Just use it and enjoy the money you saved.

Call their customer service on the phone, I purchased a tv bulb and accidentally had it delivered to my old address, I called and they refunded my card and I ordered a new one and had it shipped to the right address. Amazon customer service has always stepped up anytime I have had a problem.

Amazon would not do anything! They referred me to the third party.
Most of the items you purchase come from a third party that are purchased from Amazon!
I am keeping the camera, and got my refund about 1/2 the original cost of the original!
Almost not worth the paperwork and phone calls!

I've only ever bought used books on Amazon so my expectations are set accordingly. On a related note, gotta respect the slick mustache on that guy.
