      Barely.

      I'm getting 15-17 mixed in a 13 Ecoboost 4x4 with 3.55s.

I just hit 1K on my 5.0 and I'm getting right at 18 avg. in mostly city driving. Low 20s on the hwy. After reading some of the threads here I didn't even consider the EB. 2wd 3.31 with the locker.

2013 Screw XLT 5.0 4X4 3:55 was getting 20.0 mpg with stock tire setup back and forth to work doing 65. Went level 305/55/20 terra grapplers and 20's and lost 2.0 MPG. This is my first Ford I have owned Chevys all my life and I couldn't be more happy.

I think the Ecoboost is more sensitive to gear ratio and bad driving habits than are most other engines. It yields good MPG if you drive it easy, especially compared to the older Ford motors.

Have you looked into the 2015 2.7l ecoboost? I don't think they've released any MPG numbers on it, but they are comparing it with the diesel in the Dodge 1500. There is a lot of speculation that gas mileage will be in the mid 20s.

I have a '14 SUPERCREW FX4 Ecoboost. Everything is stock with 3.55 gears. I get 21 on the hwy with the cruise set at 65.

                Around town I get 17.

I pulled a 6K pound trailer to Colorado elk hunting with 4 big guys and got 10.5mpg for the trip. It pulls like a beast.
