      Closed high heat. 1.5 minutes rotate for marks 1.5 minutes. Turn and repeat. Done at 6 minutes.

                          Sear open, finish with lid closed. Only close the lid when I need "oven" effect.

                            I grill with it open. I only close it when I need to step away and grab a pan or something. My dogs have been known to steal off the grill. Can't blame em, I'm a pretty good cook
