Well played. I know my immediate reaction was a 100 different inappropriate come backs but none of which would have resulted in a good outcome. I appluad you for being proffesional. Maybe, just maybe you put a thread of positive thought into that guys mind about LEOs and for that matter the impression that this is about race.

Well if I was in the mom and pop gas station and heard the guy talk to you like that, you might have to arrest me. Dude was way out of line and a jerk. Having a son LEO people have no idea what you folks are out there doing 24/7. GOD Bless you and your family, I pray for your safety sir. THANK YOU!

I'm in the same boat. my son is a LEO and every night he has a greater chance of being shot at run over or many other things that could could happen in that line of work. THANKS for all of you who serve in LAW ENFORCEMENT.

I have a good friend who just retired as a LEO. One telling statement he made about a month before he retired: "I gotta get outta this before I kill someone." Wise enough to recognize when he was approaching the end of his rope, tired of all the arrests and perps back on the street before his next tour, less than zero respect from those he protected daily, etc, etc, etc. It is a tough job, and I thank those who do it day in, and day out.
