When people act that way when im on duty I always go back to the movie bad santa... the scene where billy Bob is dressed like santa but is eating a salad... the momma walks up and bugs him and he screams " I'M ON MY F÷×!ING LUNCH BREAK" i have had to restrain myself and remember.... i be polite and killed with kindness.... until they get you a reason to respond differently!!! U did right!! Explain the training and mind sight it takes to load up ur shop and answer calls for service night in and night out and make it home to our loved ones....
