    Flat TAX is the only fair tax. You buy loaf of bread or a Rolls Royce you pay same tax. No loops hole no paperwork. If government does not balance budget in their term and runs out of money the President and Congress to liquidate their assets. NO NEW TAXES......FLAT TAX=FAIR TAX..period

          it's time to shut down the IRS. We need to go to some other type of tax system, National sales tax is my thought, because then everyone pays their fair share. And then some one needs to go to jail
