Is she a "kid" or adult.....if she is living with you delete the phone, she is not old enough to be responsible.....if she is an adult, sit back and breathe, you did the best you could do....only an emotional event can change in her lifestyle can make her put the phone down while driving....

This is going to get expensive for her. She had insurance, (her own! Thank you Jesus!, not on my policy), but liability only. She will have to replace her truck and if her coverage isn't dropped it will go through the roof. And it's just a matter of time before she gets served I'm sure.

Bummer. Twice stinks. Just place a regular call or hands free. Taking the eyes off the road for a second is dangerous. Things happen quickly. Talk to TXT is an option or just waiting until not driving. Quite a few cities have banned cell phone use from all the accidents. Even pedestrians are walking in front of oncoming traffic!!!

I see it every shift. If a car will not yield to the fire truck or if they won't get over when we are trying to pass, you can bet that their face is planted in that phone! We have noticed about 90% of people are playing or talking on the phone while driving. It's a sad fact that a lot of the wrecks we make are caused by distracted driving.
