I've been dealing with Roy for over 20 years. I can't argue with anything that's been said here, his people skills suck sometime. But on the other hand, on more than one occasion he has got me what I needed to get me up and running within a week of opening of bowseason. These were times that I thought for sure I would be missing opening weekend. He even ordered and installed a new limb for me in 5 days. Like I said, his people skill aren't the best but he's also helped out a lot of archers in our area for a lot of years

I am trying to get this straight, if someone at Mcdonalds forgets my fries should they never be able to work in fast food again and if I see that same person working at Wataburger should I walk out and tell everyone that that I got screwed at Wataburger. This train of thought dosnt make sence to me but maybe I am wrong.

His complaint is only a fictional story about West Houston Archery. There is nothing to make right cause nothing ever happened. His whole story happened at Viking archery which was never known for customer service. Rick was trying to help him with a defective sight at Viking archery and the sight apparantly broke. Rick was not the owner of Viking so his hands were tied. Had this happened at West Houston Archery it would have been handled differently even though he didnt buy the sight there.

Its TW's fault.....
The benchmark for customer service in the Houston area has been raised. These threads used to be about the archery shop owner kicking the customer out of the store or pulling a gun and threatening to take care of someone. Then the owner's followers coming to his rescue because he was "off his meds". Just saying....Last edited by Thumper; 03-25-2014, 12:40 PM.
