I bought lots of raffle tickets. One of the girls is a patient of mine so I buy from her. I ended up getting a pile of stuff out of the raffle tickets as well.

I did notice they sure were calling your name pretty often. Was a pretty good banquet. Our table ended up with an AR, but it sure wasn't me that won it. I have the worst luck on the raffle tickets. That rifle is sweet.

And bought a live longhorn at an auction. I had to learn to build pipe and cable fence pretty quick.

I have a cooper mod 52 with the same stock and love it. Something I hope to never part with.

Good luck with the school, it should be fun and highly educational. I met a couple of them at the NRA convention and they seemed like good people.

If I am hunting on my own it's going to be a bowhunt. If I get invited on a rifle hunt then I will take a rifle. I am going on an exotic hunt in march. Might be fun to gather some meat at 400-500 yards. More than likely the gun will end up being the queen of the safe.
