It didn't break, just figured it was time to replace it.

switched to a Tru something or other.....which reminds me, I need to pay for that thing.....

Spend a little money on a good release that doesn't stick...A good release will last a long time. Oh, and always have a spare.

Regular old tru-fire. On my second one only because I wanted a new one with my new bow and walmart had it on clearance for like $14.

Anyway, both have served me perfectly for about 15 years

ive used a Scotts release for over 5 yrs. I just put a dab of WD$) on it in between every season
