Skies the limits, we make em from 6-8' to 14-16' .....just depends on where we plan on sinkin em.

What justin said. I like my "crappie huts" 8-10' tall, but smaller would work fine off your dock. Jigs tend to pull through the bamboo better than the christmas trees, and they will last several years. Again, check your regs.
