I had a tree fall into neighbors yard one time and tear stuff up..i called my insurance they said as soon as it gets out of my property they are no longer liable that the neighbor would have to file on their policy...i figure the street is not covered.

Same thing happened to my wifes car. State Farm said it was an "Act of God".
So the people that owned the tree were off the hook and our insurance paid for the car.
