How many of yall are currently on the lease? Why not all of you just split the $2k and eat that spot leaving more room for yall?

ok, saw 6 total so 5 of you are on.. thats $400 extra to make it a lease as is.

I was fortunate enough to find a lease in the area already or I would be headed west to pay you a visit. Last year I searched every day for a place back out west and as soon as I found one it was gone in a couple of days. I just can't beleive that gas prices are keeping people from this kind of deal. Ranch opening

I have just found out that the GAS prices have claimed another one of my lease members!
For those who have seen my threads before on Deer Lease openings in Christoval,Texas this is the same place!lol
This place is 2,400 acres of Oak trees and some mesquite/cedar with 6 total members on the lease.There is a 2 bedroom 1 bath camp house with water and electricity.Most of the members use trailers for personal camping but you can use the house if needed.
1 Trophy 1 cull/management buck and of course your doe tags!Everyone killed a 120 class deer or better last season with Archery and this is PRIMARILY an archery type lease but you can use firearms as well.This is a year round lease and if you need to stay in the camp house in the off season just give the landowner a call and let him know your coming so they don't interrupt your stay.The owner and his family use the house when working cattle or just general ranch work and thats why most of us use trailers so we don't have to call every time we decide to go to the lease!
Price is $2,000 a member with 1/2 due "Normally" March 1st and 1/2 due October 1st but obviously it's June so the 1st half would be due the day you join the lease.Pm me if you have any more questions and then I'll give my cell# and go from there!
