I do my own. For sausage Novak's Meat Market in El Campo. It's worth the extra short drive.

I used Jackson's in Crosby for the first time this year, turned out great, fast turnaround, good price, nice people.

Maybe so, but I do not like eating someone else's deer.

J&R processing in porter is the one I'm using now.

Prasek's in Hillje Texas 35 miles SW of Sugarland on Hwy 59. Mike is a huge supporter of Law Enforcement, and is a 100 Club Board Member. He has been in business for 30+ years. They are relatively fast, and do a great job. I will not go to some of the other places, as they charge up to $25/quarter to debone. I think Praseks is more like $8/quater. The vaccum seal every thing in heavy plastic and it will keep for several years in the freezer.

I've used Juniors in Wharton (on 59 across from Carroll's Gun Shop) for smoked sausage and survival sticks for the last 6 or 7 years, and love it. Not the cheapest but they do excellent work. I've also used Vincek's in East Bernard, and was kind of hit or miss.
