Off while in the stand but very accessible.

Comes off immediately upon arriving at the stand. I lock and load a deer arrow and lay a pig arrow right beside me if I need to change it in a hurry.

I take mine off in my climber, only because I lay the bow across my lap and it will make noises if I don't.

Off if sitting or standing in one spot. On while stalking. Practice Both Scenarios to make sure I am good.

The ONLY time I use my quiver is when I'm taking LDP's.
Other than that, I use a pouch quiver. I hang my bow up and have a clip on the pouch that I can hang right there on the stand. Many times I've had a second shot and I can easily pull out another arrow without very much movement or any noise.
Also, if you have to do a 360 or 180 in the stand, you can keep your eyes on the animal and not on your bow worrying if the fletching is going to "grab" or hang up on something.

My quiver comes off every time I get in a stand!

When I had a cheap loud quiver, I would take it off, I have an octane now that is fixed to my bow. However, I hunt for the most part ETX, and usually no less than 20' up a tree. Like this>>>>>>

No place up here really to hang a quiver.
