I have had a few Anaheims that I wouldn't say were hot but spicy for sure. I just cant seem to get them on a regular basis but I do like the spicy ones.

I prefer the anaheim's also.They don't take over like some of the others.

I prefer Serrano for most everything because of their flavor. Chili pequin is a close second, due to the fact it has an initial bite of heat that grabs you, but then lets go and does not numb your mouth.
