Whats wrong with my 6.0

Well hopefully the problem has been fixed. About six months ago I took the EGR valve out to clean and did not get the bolts torqued properly when I re-installed. The bolts had worked loose and the EGR valve was not seated. Replaced the O-rings and as of this morning it seems to be running OK.
