The Frontier 12 will hold 650 lbs

Good luck with the dealers in Houston or Dallas. The Dallas dealer would not call me back, after I called 3 times and the Houston dealer apparently didn't want my business as well. He was too busy to schedule a demo until it was more convenient for him. I called MOC in Austin, and they offered to come in a couple hours before normal opening to accommodate my time frame. Give Dan a call out there, it's worth the drive.

Y'all are gonna get me in trouble. I've spent the last hour drooling over the Frontier 12. Looks exactly like what I need/want. I'll be sending you some PMs bluetick. Post up some pics when you get yours.

I got mine from MOC kayaks as well. Father/son team runs it and they are the nicest guys you could meet. They have a trolley that will take the kayaks down to the river behind the place so you can try them out. They also do shuttle service if you want to start there and they will pick you up down stream, 1,4,or 9 miles for $20. Shuttle down with your yak is included.

This NuCanoe video was linked in a Kayak Angler e-mail I received last week. It shows a couple of different options for getting around.

Here is some pics of mine. The first link has the seats. The second link is of my custom Stand-N-Cool which uses a padded Brute cooler and a back that folds forward for leaning post why standing.

I like the Frontier because you can customize it any way you like. With the 5' tracks you can do anything.

What are seats called that sit higher up and rotate? How much do those cost? Couldn't find prices anywhere.

360 Max and I think they run around $130 but usually you get around a 15% discount on them when buying the yak. I have two for mine but don't use them anymore because I sit on the cooler.

Mine should be in at the end of the month. I went with hunter green to use it for duck hunting as well. I tested Jacksons, Hobie, wilderness systems, natives, kajun customs and diablos. Hands down the nucanoe is the best platform for me. They're too versatile with what all you can do with them.

Get a rack built up from your receiver hitch, open the back hatch and extend it out. Or, run the jeep topless and put it on the roll bars.

Dan and his dad have designed a pretty slick system for the 360 seats. You'll have to see it when mine gets here. Hour welcome to ride out when I pick mine up and test what they have or run mine around when I get back with it.

There are a lot of different bases people or building for the seats. You do not have to go with the 360 seats, but they are very confontable and very good quality.

yup, have the classic. Myself and a two buddys all bought ours the same time last spring. A whole lot better than a kayak or canoe. Very stable.
