I think I'm gonna give it a shot in the morning. Most likely down on the west end of Galveston. Its the best it's looked in a few weeks and I have to work nights all weekend, so I figured Id give it a try anyways... wind will be calm in the morning but still calling for a small weak 2ft or so swell. Fishable anyways...
