    Same here...i'm ready to hit the surf for early morning trout fishing. When its on you can limit out in 30 min or less.

        I'll be setting up about 1/4 mile east of rollover pass before daylight Saturday morning. Gonna try for some early morning trout, caught a lot there this time of year in years' past.

            Im gonna be in Galveston Friday thru Monday if any of ya'll want to show me the ropes. Don't know much about surf fishing but the beer is cold...

                      I checked out the swell info forecast for Matagorda, no way it'll be fishable. Calling for 15+ mph SE winds.

                        crazy how 100 miles makes that much difference. It still should be calmer than it has been the last few weeks.

                          Yeah I think it was gusting to 40 last weekend. Lol if we get that ESE like they're calling for we'll be good.

                              Those thunderstorms just off the coast of High Island sure arent going to help anything and if they push back north this afternoon it will churn things up even more.
