I doubt it, but I don't think they will get through rubber boots ( to thick )
A old cowboy ( snake man at hunters expo) told me all you need is a pair of cowboy boots ( tall ones) and your good to go.He said over 40 years and not one snake has gotten though leather boots ...
Keep in mind he is in the snake pen countless hours all around the US ( wearing cowboy boots ( tall ones )

Makes a decent pair of snake boots look more affordable. Look at chaps that you can place over the rubber boots for protection.
