Let me restate that.Leather high top work boots/cowboy boots will stop a snake bite.If they're made of some sort of cloth they probably ain't gonna help much or at all.Don't wear boots like Chad Cross was wearing when he had his snake encounter.They obviously weren't snake bite proof and at least one of 'em ain't even water proof now.

plan on it. After last friday, i learned my lesson but dang couldn't find my extra mag. I wonder where it could be! It's usually in the backpack stored inside safe. Gotta look at the camp tomorrow.

If you already have the rubber boots, look into a pair of strap on "Sting-ray guards" at academy. About $20. They should fit around your rubber boots. I used these for a while before I got my snake boots. I would strap them on while wearing my Justin work boots.
I still make my kids wear them when they are out with me. Dual purpose - summertime wade fishing and spring/fall snake protection.

Not even close, my wife works in a hospital pharmacy and crofab is $4k a vial. You need between 16-24 vials so just the drug portion without hospital bills can easily be 80k-100k.

You realize that I was shooting .45? Lol

I can shoot my .45 well at great distance and at very small target!

I don't have prob hitting my target. The prob was it was already low on ammo. I didn't bring my Ammos as an extra precautionary. Just ones in the mag.

I never had to use it. Ammo was a home defense ammo. Art's special friend was shooting mine then I shot that big ol rattlebug. It was gone. Lol
