The real question is will the US send her back. Double jeopardy is prohibited by the 5th amendment and it seems to be obvious that she was tried twice for the same crime.

With our current AG and his DOJ it wouldn't surprise me if they don't send her back. I say its over. She was found Not Guilty.

Shes been in prison and hardened from the guard abuse she received in there for being a known freak and a hot american. I dont think she had anything to do with it.

I don't care if she's guilty or innocent -they had their bite at the apple, to prove her guilt. They don't get to keep trying. We won't send her back to face double jeopardy because that violates her constitutional rights.

Hard to tell in the past from the Italian Courts what is the truth as they tend to curb the truth themselves....not just on this case.

From all of the news reports and investigations that were done and shown in a couple of documentaries, my best guess, innocent.

I have no idea if she is guilty or not , BUT the Italian courts are some kind of messed up, guilty...innocent..guilty...make up your mind. I do hope the US Govt tells those Italians to pound sand though....
