I don't care if she is guilty or innocent, what the Italian courts have done/are doing is a joke!

There are times I wish double jerpody was not in play in the US, but I'm glad these cases can't be tried over here until we get the verdict we want.

There is certainly tons of reasonable doubt. Obviously they have their own standards and a person is stuck with the laws in the country where accused but what a botched investigation and trial.

By any American standard this likely should not have even gone to trial and even in Italy she was found not guilty once. That should have ended it.

To believe that she is guilty right now would have to be purely speculation or wishful thinking and not based on any real evidence.
