She is innocent, there is no evidence linking her to the killing. If this case was in America it would never have been brought to charges for lack of evidence.

I have no idea whether she's guilty or not. What I do know is this; she definitely associated herself with some people of questionable moral character. Like everything else in life, surround yourself with good people and you most likely will avoid having your life turned upside down.

I would hope she is deported back after the verdict, just as I would hope another Allied country would do for us.

Agreed. I try to tell my kids this all the time. They were doing some crazy evil stuff, and when you participate in, or associate with that kind of stuff no good can come from it. I dont know if she is guilty or not. As stated above, I doubt it would have even gone to trial here but she was subject to their laws when she was there, flaws and all......

I don't know if she is innocent or not, I refuse to pass my ignorant judgement.. However, I will say that even here in the U.S. Federal court system it's a joke as well..

When they want you, they will set 50 murderers free just to get YOU. It's a shame

Just read up on it, and this is a freaking joke... You can't let someone sit in prison for 4 years, let them go and then decide to retry them. That is unbelievable. I hope our government tells the Italians to go screw themselves.
