    Insanity Workout

Who is working on or has completed it? I am on day 25 and I am loving it. Great cardio workout and I have already dropped 14.5 lbs. I can't hardly wait until day 60 to see the results.

Give me your feedback. I am working on this to try to get in shape for a Tough Mudder event in September. Going to start mixing in some other workouts as well; running, weights, etc.

Give me some feedback. I am sure someone else is doing this..

I tried it after completing P90x. I did not finish. It was too rough on my knees. I swam laps for a few months and I never felt better.

I tried it and P90x with little results

Found Crossfit and got hooked after seeing crazy results - been doing crossfit over a year now and am still continuing to see crazy results from week to week not only externally, but internally as well. Give it a month and see if you like it!

I've done it a few times and currently do the work outs 3-4 times a week. I do adventure races, mud races, and just completed a GoRuck challenge while training with insanity.

Like others have said, one heck of a workout, but too much pounding and stress on the knees and other joints.

I tried once but with blown out ACL's it's a bit too much for me. Keep up the good work.

I will admit, the first two weeks I was all kinds of SORE, after that I have not been too much. I do like the fact that I am seeing results both on the scale and how far I can go before needing a quick breather. My wife and I workout every evening and we no longer have to pause the dvds, we do take a little break at times during the program. Since Feb 4, I have dropped 15 lbs, 1 inch from my waist, and 1 inch from my chest.
We both fight bad knees and did not know if we would be able to continue, but we have pushed through and it seems as though the knees are getting stronger.. Cannot wait to see the results at Day 60

I almost finished it in 2010. Kept thinking I was pulling a hipflexor then found out I had a hernia. After surgery, I have not been able to restart the workout. If you can do it, it will get you in shape!

We did the gym last year. For what the program cost, I would have spent that in 3 months at the gym. Plus this way we don't have to wait on anyone to finish with any equipment we would like to use.

I will keep you updated on how the program goes. So far so good..

I've done it have seen good results from it. I'm down 80lbs in over a year. I use a TRX, dumbbells, and insanity to keep things different. I really like the quick fast paced drenched with sweat workouts.
