I will tell ya one you need to try if ever in South Texas. The Laredo Taco Company. They are in most Stripes. They are huge and you can put 15 things in there if you want. It's all in view so you can say some of that and some of that and some of that. I usually go with beans, choripapas, bacon, eggs and cheese.

Barbacoa from Taco Loco in Sweeny and dang near anything from Taurino's. I'm pretty sure I could live on breakfast tacos, boudin balls, and sweet tea!

Hmmm, that's a tough question. the ham egg and cheese from Taco Palenque is good. There are many options here in Laredo as well as San marcos and Austin, but the best I may have had comes from Mima's in little ol Wimberley. Bacon, egg, potato and cheese.

I sure miss those Mima's tacos.....the best!!!
