Tinas Tacos in Zapata. Bacon, Egg, Cheese, and Potato. Lots of their homemade hot sauce! Puts any and all other tacos to shame. I have eaten a lot of breakfast tacos from a lot of the places listed and non compare to Tinas. Only thing to look forward to in Zapata

I was eating a grande there when 9-11 happened.
I lived in Clute and would eat one of the EL Grades every weekend. Best Taco I ever had.

The Shell station in Rocksprings has great homemade tortillas and tacos. And if I'm in Brenham, Big Daddy's (now Nathan's) is the place I like to go.

Yep, the Hippo was huge. They put everything in there but the kitchen sink.

Gas station (think it's a Chevron) in George West has great Barbacoa. When I was traveling to and from California all the time there was a Shell station @ mile marker 400 in Sonora that had great tacos as well

Love some Mimas. They also have one of the best cheeseburgers ive ever had also.

A breakfast burrito with eggs, bean, bacon and cheese with ranchero sauce on it from Mariachi's de Jalisco in Taylor is pretty darn good for a sit down breakfast taco but wouldn't try to eat it on the go. My wife prefers chorizo, egg, potato and cheese with the ranchero sauce on it. Both are excellent and filling.

Best one I've ever had in San Antonio came from one of those little "Ptomaine Poisoning kitchen's on wheels"

There was this lady that drove one of those trucks that would pull up to the outside fence around my building and sell breakfast tacos. The registration and inspection was expired by over a year on her little truck...

My favorite was a egg, cheese, buttery potato and jalapeno sausage one. It was AWESOME. I could feel my arteries closing as I ate it....

But then my building closed off that gate, and she didn't have access to us anymore. Never saw her again.

Now I get a bean and cheese from Chacho's.

                            All the best,
                            Glenn

The one someone at camp has made for the rest of us when we get back to camp after the morning hunt.
