Redi-Go in Springtown - Nothing really out of the ordinary, but the Combination Jalapeno with sausage, bacon, onions, jalapenos, & eggs is HUGE for $3

Hmmm, that's a tough question. the ham egg and cheese from Taco Palenque is good. There are many options here in Laredo as well as San marcos and Austin, but the best I may have had comes from Mima's in little ol Wimberley. Bacon, egg, potato and cheese.

If I'm out and about I'm usually a Barbacoa man but if I'm headed to the ranch and stop in Refugio, I'm going to el taco riendo. Gotta get me a mighty bobcat(bacon, egg, bean ,potato, and cheese) one of them will have you full till lunch!

No that was Nena's, also very good but I liked Mendoza's better. Nena's is still around, we go there every time we're in town.
