I don't know what her job responsibilities are but like stated above, if the work is getting done, your getting your money's worth. If it's not you should be looking for a new secretary, not a time clock. Show me the results, if you can do in 5 hrs. what others get done it 8 I'm all about it. If you're losing business because she's not there, again, time for new help.

Don't sweat the small things.... if she gets her job done, let her come and go as she pleases within reason. You probably have a tough time replacing her.Comment
