PSA all the way for a quality no frills AR. S&W M&P would also be a good choice (not sport Model) and the sig 400 in that order these can all be had for below $750.00 well before the election.....

there is nothing wrong with the mp15 sport model just because it doesnt have a dust cover. my dust cover remains open once I start engaging swine dust mud grass all kinds of junk gets in it and it never malfunctions if it malfunctions it was not properly made. you think the military closes their dust covers once engaged no that baby is getting thrown around filthy dirty screaming rounds down range.-God Bless America

I'm please with the one I bought at model1sales.com I bought a Complete Kit for $520, then order the lower from PSA for $75 and paid $25 for FFL, so it costed $650.

I spent another $150 for flip sights, but you could get a scope or Red Dot for less than that that. I opted for the sites because it's a CQC defense weapon, and someday may add a red dot with quick releases.

I got a DPMS for $ 575 at wally world. As the other have said, by the time I tricked it out, have well over $ 1200 in the gun. Shoots great, handles well, KILLS PIGS!

Cabelas is having a sale on their Bushmaster AR for Thanksgiving. Not really a big Bushy fan, but for under 600 it's a great deal.
