I have been fighting depression and isolation for a few weeks now and I don't know how to get out of it.

All of us go through the valley at some point in our lives and/or walk with God amigo...do yourself a favor and go to our own TBH "search" and type in prayer request and read some of the threads to grasp what your fellow brothers and sisters are going through.
