      Prayers up for ya brother.
Stand firm, the devil is always trying to knock us down.
      Eph 6
10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
As the first verse says, we are standing firm in HIS MIGHTY POWER!!!

I have some spiritual advice for you if you will listen. It is not what you normally hear, but it is the truth and God's worth says that the Truth will set us free. I am not just some idiot that does not know what he is talking about. I have experienced what I am telling you. I am a pastor of a church and God has really showed me a lot of revelation of His word. You need to have a full understanding that God loves you. We all know it, but I don't think we know how much. It is a perfect love. He loves you even more than we love our family. Therefore, He wants things to go good in your life, just like you would want good in your families life right. Most of us feel condemned or not worthy because of the sins we have and will commit. Ours sins are not an issue with God. They were dealt with when Jesus died on the cross. They were cast as far as the east is from the west. God's word tells us that. If you will read Galations 3:13-14 you will see that the curse from not obeying the law was placed on Christ when He went on the cross. So if we are not under the curse we are under His blessings. That's what it says there. So read the blessings. Deuteronomy 28:1-14. Also read Psalm 91. This is where a believer should be believing and living in. That does not mean we don't have the devil come in and work us over, but we have authority over him. Jesus gave us authority when He died and rose again. A couple of verses that come to mind is Matthew 16:19 and Mark 16:15-18. If we have authority then what do we do right? Read Mark 11:23-24. It tells us that if we speak to a mountain (our problems) and say be cast into the sea. It will obey us if we believe and do not doubt. Have faith in God and the time we ask. So the answer is the actually speak to our problem in the name of Jesus and tell it what to do and believe and not doubt. I have did this week in my personal life. Our transmission went out in our Yukon and as a family we laid hands on it and demanded in the name of Jesus the money come in for the repair a quote for $1200 to $1500. In less than 48 hrs. We received a unexpected check for $1200. It's now in the shop. I did not have the money, but God did. I did not ask anyone but Jesus and I bound Satan from hindering it. I hope this helps. If you need to pm me.

You are taking the steps, by letting this go. God has a plan and he's good. I wouldn't be where I'm at, surfing what I'm doing without God in control. Continue having faith.

                            Bingo! Codie NAILED it.

Brother, I've felt exactly the same way you feel before. Details were different, but the general circumstance was the same. Looking at my own knowledge, abilities, resources, connections, and everything else, it was obvious to me and anyone else that looked at the same situation that it was NOT going to work out. But I couldn't see God. I couldn't see what He was doing. I couldn't see what His plans were. I couldn't see that I was in His way.

When I finally let go and quit focusing on my own limited abilities, I let God take control. I told him that I was going to love Him and praise Him no matter what happened, even if I failed and "let my family and others down". Long story short.... it was still the hardest time I've ever gone through in my life, but God worked it out better than I could have ever imagined and in ways that I wouldn't have dreamed of. And it is still obvious to me that HE did it. I didn't. I couldn't. But He could.

I don't know what His plan is for you and your family. I don't know if He wants your business to grow or if He has other plans for you. All I do know is that He LOVES it when we finally quit trying to control everything ourselves and we really and truly give our lives to Him. Sometimes it takes great struggles and even great failures to get some of us to that point, but it WILL end up being the best thing that ever happened to you and your family spiritually. I promise you that. And NOTHING matters as much as that. I don't know how long it will be before you are able to look back on this and say something like, "Well, that was the hardest thing I've ever been through, and I hope I never have to face something like that again. BUT, I wouldn't trade that experience for the world, because God did so many good things through that experience. Our family was blessed in so many ways......"

If you give God the steering wheel and keep yourself and your family close to Him, you'll be saying something like that eventually. Keep the faith, brother!!
