you are certainly on the right track,, i will pray for you... i went through something awhile back that was unreal and there seemed no way out,, so i hope this will help and it does sound odd but it works,,,, in every trial give thanks to God for that trial,,, what ever satan seeks to destroy belongs to God,, keep in mind that satan had to get permission form God to attack Job,, if you belonged to satan he wouldnt waste his time on attacking you or what your doing,, so count it all joy and praise God for the trouble,, by giving God glory even for the bad things it becomes much harder to be depressed about circumstance,,,
when under attack it is confirmation you are special to God,, never let go of that,,,,

I have to remind myself that God knows what we are going through. He knows every hair on our head (I don't have many so that one doesn't work too well for me).

He does tell us that the animals of the field and the sparrow are taken care of how much more then will he take care of us.

I am in a tough situation now that looks like there is no end and I also remind myself of Joseph and the trials he went through being thrown in pit, made a slave, put in prison, all so later he could use it to God's will.

Hope this helps. I still fight daily as things havn't gone my way and I want to know "why". Then I think how selfish have I been when there are others like you struggling with much more difficult problems than I am facing.
