    Are deer eating corn yet?

For all the guys who posted a week or more ago who were not seeing any deer come to their feeders, has anythign changed yet? Or is there still much other food on the ground?

If you ever want to know what a gazillion acorns looks like, walk around underneath the oaks on my lease.

Don't think it will change for a while. We need a good freeze and a couple weeks for the acorns to be gone

Acorns are still everywhere on our place.

You know it's bad when even the coons and squirls aren't hitting the corn.

My feeder is under one of the few oak trees on our place. The best of both worlds for me.

One small buck at feeder in 3 weeks , before that I had 7-8 different bucks and lots of does all day every day . Corn is in a big pile under feeder now.

Glad most of our lease is mesquite as there are pigs, deer, coons, and squirrels at feeders each day.

Big pile under my too, but I got it out way to late in my backyard. I just turned my feeder back to 2 seconds, I think it's mainly a bird feeder these days.

My feeders are turned down and still piling up corn underneath them. Not much coming to them at all. Acorns and natural forage everywhere. Complete opposite of last year.

Probably had 3.5lbs of the yellow acorns piled up under my feeder this weekend. They haven't touched the stuff with the real thing falling from the sky.
