I was gifted a bear recurve sold by sears from my father in law. He estimates it purchase to be around late 50s early 60s. Had a new string made for it and fletched some carbon force radial x-weaves and it's shooting like a champ!
Don't know how old my bow is. It's a Browning Vortex. I bought it at a pawn shop three years ago. Leslie built it at a bowshop he used to work at before he opened his own. Shoots great.
