Seriously tho. My rat terrier could pic me off in it when he would go down wind of me. And they aint known for their noses. My weimeraner could nail me at will in it. Total gimmick.
    And Ozonics?

While wearing it you kill a once in a life time Buck, it definitely works, by God!
Or it could have been a well placed arrow.

When the market hunters virtually wiped deer out of existence what were they wearing?

better to use a spray on scentkiller (often) and hunt the wind IMO.
Have you bothered to actually read the science behind it?

The scent molecules do not chemically bond to the carbon, its merely captured in the fibers. You don't have to heat it to 1200 degrees.

I don't move my double bull based on the wind. Whether it works or not, who knows. I think it does. I am certain it doesn't hurt. So why not? It's only a little extra coin.

I am certain this has been discussed hundreds of times here.

In my uneducated guess, it doesn't work any better than other forms of scent control. No form of scent control will work 100%, even the wind will play tricks based on terrain, thermals, etc.

My scent control is a pain, washing and line drying clothes, showering, keeping my clothes away from camp scents, etc. But I'm also cheap. I do believe a deer has a threshold for human scent, what that threshold is no idea- but the closer I can be to that level the better.

It works!! First I don't eat meat or garlic for a week prior to hunting. Then, I only drink water and eat fruits and vegatables. Next, I take a shower with scent elimination soap. Then I spray a liberal amount of scent eliminator on my body. (Saturate really) Next I pull my suit out of a reactive carbon storage bag($169 at Academy) only when I get out of the truck at my parking site and walk in. Next and finally, I hook up an Ozonics machine. But, yeah, the suit is awesome!!!!!

                          2 cents, 2 things.
I'll bet a high percentage of people in a scentlok suit never bothered to "activate" it in a dryer before hunting rendering what ever little benefit there is down to zero

and secondly, there is a whole lot of talk about killing bacteria but isn't it the pheromones we give off that are the culprit?

Appreciate any education about that from you all.

I was hunting Saturday morning and was wearing scent proof clothing, head to toe. The shower at the lease was broken and I had left my scentkiller spray at home, so I wasn't feeling too good about that hunt because I'm sure I stunk.
I was in a tree stand and had a doe standing 15 yards from me with the wind blowing straight to her and she didn't wind me and I ended up with 8 deer at the feeder that morning. Renewed my confidence in Scent-Lok for sure.

                                To tyak:

Tried that but the suit just bloated and I floated up and hit the top of the blind. Had to stab the suit with a broadhead to get myself down.
