They told my daughter this.She took my truck in for balance/rotation.She was watching the technician do the work and called the front guy over .He said it was normal and that it should have the tape weights on it.She told him"You mounted and balanced these tires a couple months ago."Then they hammered on the incorrect weights again.So the next time it'll happen again.I'll be paying them a visit tomorrow.I've never had a bad thing to say about them before but this is really jacked up.

These rims have had 3 sets of tires on them since they were painted.This is the first time that they were scratched/chipped.This was not a $5 rattle can paint job.

Ok, so they put the tap on weights on it last time but it didnt scratch until they were removed. Correct?

Took mine in today to have them balanced and rotated...and guess what, they broke the tabs on my center cap and tried to hide it from me! When I asked what was wrong they said nothing, so I told them to let me have a look and sure enough it was broke! I instantly told them I needed a new center cap and when the guy took it in the assistant manager tried to blow it off but luckily I was standing there and saw it happen and was there when he tried to tell them to put it back on! No one tries to take responsibility for their actions anymore! About tired of their crap!
