Yep,I've been using them for several years and never had an issue,I'm going to give the manager a chance to make it right.

Is this the Killeen store or the Temple store? The killeen store just did 4 new tire for me after a blowout last week. Haven't had this kinda issue with them. Though Firestone is more they do a really good job.

I would be peaved myself but the name says alot...DISCOUNT.Tires are tires but the people doing the work can and does make a difference.

I'm confused.
The pic looks like that rim had those same type of weights on it before. If this is such a big deal, why wasnt it corrected the first time it happened?

What am I missing?

These rims have had 3 sets of tires on them since they were painted.This is the first time that they were scratched/chipped.This was not a $5 rattle can paint job.
