                i was wondering if anyone else knew what an upside down flag signified. the op obviously didn't doesn't. i was hoping his reason for stopping was to offer assistance not threaten an elderly man. to each his own, i guess.

                          Reminds me of a thread earlier today that I didn't respond to. Flags on the graves at the cemetary, where they illuminated at night? Upside down, dark, rain, doesn't much matter.
