deep frying ribs would be awesome , just make sure you use an internal meat thermometer and remove ribs at 170* ~ 185*
We fry fish in, you should give it a shot!
My favorite way to eat ribs no doubt!

heat pot of water on stove and maintain 130* temp (around #3 setting or low/med on dial ) . Boiling thermometer recommended to confirm temps.
i used a gallon ziplok bag and placed ribs inside ...... then add 3 cups of crawfish boil seasoned water ( several Tblspns of liquid crab boil and 3-4 Tablspns of RB elite seafood boil - mix well )
remove excess air and zip tight
place ziplok rib bag in 130* pot of water and let warm for 2 hours .... crawfish seasoning will infiltrate the meat cell/fibers for spicy flavor and moisture
remove ribs from ziplok bag and pat dry ..... add favorite rub to ribs , coat generously ..... grill ribs wet or dry
i then smoked/grilled the ribs at 235 ~ 250* for 3 hrs.
pan of water was inside grill to keep moisture circulating , ribs were dipped in Smokey Mo's BBQ sauceand were the shizzle . Wife said they were to spicy for her tatse; however I love spicy seasoned food
ziplok bag works fine and is simple, vacuum bag can also be used but not necessary since only cooking for 2 hrs in water pot
