    Crawfish boiled ribs

Boiled these ribs first "sous vide" style with RB elite seafood boil. Then rubbed 'em and smoked 'em ...... Mmmm, mmmmmm, good

An eclectic taste of seasonings that was dancing on my tongue

Fresh sweet corn was the veggie

Im on board but get ready for the anti-boiling crowd that have never boiled.

i've deep fried a sirloin roast like a turkey , it was very good

deep frying ribs would be awesome , just make sure you use an internal meat thermometer and remove ribs at 170* ~ 185*

They are awesome and never make it to a plate. I do them at the lake and deer camp in the turkey pot and deep basket with some fried potatoes and everybody finger foods them right out of the pan I stack them in. You are right on the temp but I am old school and pull the right when the meat starts to pull back on the bone. I have done beef and pork both but prefer the pork ribs.

Chicken leg quarters are good boiled in crawfish boil and then finished on a grill or smoker!
