Painful as being drilled by nazi's

I have had over 30 bmb. Don't believe the nurse or the dr for sure, get them to knock you out, worst thing in cancer besides placing a central line on little pain meds, nobody that has actually had a bad one could know, you can insist on being under if you stand up to them, they try to bully u so they can run more people thru the LAb for $$$$. Insist on pre med and after meds, to me worst than human to get one like most try to fool and minimize the pain, you will cry **** and scream sometimes on bad ones!!!!

This i have learned from doctors:

Mild Discomfort: hurts like hell

Some Pressure: prolly gonna get dizzy

This may hurt some: outta body experience

Ok this is gonna hurt like hell: Head butt em in the teeth n run like hell!!!

My mom had it done twice because the stupid (fill in the blanks with not nice explicits) Dr didnt' get a good sample the first time. She said it was pretty unpleasant.

I remember it taking the Dr. and about six nurses to hold me down. I was six years old and no one told me what was going on. I can still remember asking them "Why are you doing this?" and they would just try to hold me tighter. 36 years later I remember it like it was yesterday.

Its only cuz i worked in the medical field for about 5 years before I went Into Safety. I learned a little about how some, not all, manipulate in favor of getting in ur pocket more. Thankfully from what i experienced those money snatchers are in the minority.

I have lukemia and have one done every 6 months at md anderson. they will numb the area first then youwill feel some pressure when they stick you,but its not all that bad. dependind on how strong your bones are will depend on how much pressure you will feel.
