      We have BBQ in Nacogdoches?

For me, the worst has to be Black's BBQ - the dominant flavor seemed to be lacquer.

Totally. I need to leave the beautiful Texas Hill Country and travel to Western Louisiana to get some BBQ. I'm on it. LOL.

The ribs I had at the breakfast buffet at the El Dorado in Shreveport Loiusiana may have been some of the worst bbq I have ever had. However, that was in Louisiana, not Texas, so not applicable to this thread.

Rudy's isn't that bad! Just because it's a franchise doesn't mean it's bad! It's just like saying a country music artist sucks because he's signed by a record label in Nashville!

DUDE!!!! I had Famous Dave's in Bismarck last week. I got the ribs. They weren't too bad. I actually liked the "Devil's Spit" sauce. Good kick, but it could have been a little thicker.

Now, its not the greatest, but for the area....it makes a terd.
