Said goodbye to my buddy

I had to put down my old chocolate lab (Chip) today.
his congestive heart failure got worse and I think he had a stroke a couple of days ago because he couldn’t get up.

dr. Herring at the Giddings vet clinic is a great vet. She asked those in tge waiting area to be patient while she helped me.

Chip is now chasing fat slow squirrels. I hope he catches some.

My heart breaks any time someone looses a good dog. Been there done that last year with my boy Rooster. It gets better and eventually you will smile every time you think about him and stuff quits getting in your eye.
