Oh lord have mercy... this thread has taken on a character all its own... In reality though, it's a pretty accurate illustration of "who" TBH is and what it's about. It's family... some good, some not so good, but in the end still a very tight loving family. Thank you Middleton and crew for kickin' 'er off AND keeping it on a good path... Riverrat1 has offered up both of his places to members in the past to enjoy themselves in the outdoors. He's quick to post and never scared to play devils advocate. I actually think he enjoys that part. Still plenty active too.

Chew and Curt are as OG as it comes from the outside looking in. Over the years I've seen both drop whatever they're doing for those in need whether it be someone scammed in the classifieds, needing a job, or just a little humor to brighten everyone's day. They're both still very active but honestly I don't think either hunts besides Curt watching chew shoot an elk one time.

SaltwaterSlick seems like he would literally give a stranger the shirt off his back. You'd be hard pressed to find a prayer request thread he hasn't already posted on. I don't know if he has a mean bone in his entire body. He's also still very active.

As far as not hunting, you must've stopped at Chew's story and missed the part where the bigger elk was shot a few days later.

Yeah after reading a few paragraphs of the write up I skipped to the pictures and figured you had taken pics of Chews bull too.

Years ago Michael had made a post about Mary's son J-bone. I guess someone had questioned his pope and young status because his post count wasn't to the point to be labeled pope and young but yet he was. Michael then went on to say that sometimes quality overrides quantity. That's why you're on OG to me. I do understand your sentiment though. Hell truthfully there are plenty of good options. Fishndude is still active, hunts his tail off, and continues to give back to the outdoor community with the children's fishing events. Maybe he could display the flag at each of his events.
