      Judgement comes from experience. And GOOD Judgement comes from BAD experience. Son needs to plead no contest and take Defensive Driving and the fine is reduced by 50%. A lesson learned and being a Defensive Driver is not a bad thing.

          If the only thing incorrect is the color of the truck, I'd just have him do defensive driving to get it off his record. Might be more trouble than it's worth.
