                            Wick, you don’t want to grind those back straps‼️ For steaks, you can tenderize them. You can also Sous vide them to about 120-125 for an hour or so, then put a hot seat on them. They will be plenty tender and oh so delicious‼️👍

                              Yes Sir- I was just see’ing how many bricks were gonna be thrown at me for that statement ! My wife has that Sous vide down pat
