Most of my clients were still down here. The commute is awful

I checked out your neighborhood this week and like it a lot. It seems to bottle neck over the railroad tracks. How bad is the traffic in am?

There’s a house listed in your neighborhood for 1.5 million that may be the biggest money grab I’ve ever seen.

Just getting back to this. There’s two exits across the tracks and every so often Union Pacific decides to clog it up. I’m gone thru there in the mornings before 6 and no traffic at all. Afternoons aren’t bad but you’ll need to learn to navigate the hi flow times. We’re very pleased with the area.
Had a neighborhood lake and the community is nice.
